Poster Preparation Guidelines

Two poster sessions are planned:

MoP on Monday, June 11, 17.10- 20.00

ThP on Thursday, June 14, 17.00 – 20.00

Guidelines

Each poster screen is 120 cm high and 84 cm wide.
Each screen will be numbered with a poster ID, e.g. MoP.124.
Posters for MoP can be mounted on Monday 11.00 - 17.00 and must be removed before Wednesday morning.
Posters for ThP can be mounted Wednesday 13.30 -17.00 and must be removed at the end of ThP, i.e. 20.00 on Thursday evening.
The organizers will take no responsibility for posters not removed in due time.
Appropriate items for poster mounting will be available.
Beverages and sandwiches will be available during the poster sessions.
The posters areas are adjacent to the lecture hall and exhibition areas and ICSE4 participants will have easy access to posters for discussion during breaks.
